As most of you have heard from various different carriers and retailers around the USA, Covid-19 has put a large damper on customer service and turn around time as shortages of raw materials, workers, and other factors continue throughout the nation.
Diamacrete prides itself on being an American based equipment supplier. But with this, we experience the same difficulties many other businesses have been facing. We've taken the steps and made changes to try and still meet customer's needs and provide material and equipment in a timely manner.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering from our online store:
Ground Shipment Policy
Diamacrete is still offering ground shipping to all states in the USA. While delivery dates will vary, it is important to note that with shipping carriers, once a shipment leaves our warehouse, we void any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, and last minute changes to all small shipment orders. You are more than welcome to call us to obtain any shipping information to deal with the shipping company directly. If the shipping company requires us to file a claim, in order to be reimbursed for shipment and material, we must receive credit/material back from the carrier before refunding the customer. This is a process that can take up to 1 business day to a week. We can not expedite the claims process any further.
Freight Shipment Policy
We encourage all customers to call our office and request a shipping quote for any of our machines and grinders. We can obtain an accurate quote and ETA over the phone/email. (Please note that you must note if you will need a lift gate/delivery appointment, etc you MUST let us know BEFORE the order is placed)
Freight companies are experiencing a number of driver shortages and warehouse shortages. We can give you the estimate delivery time we receive from the freight company directly. However, a late freight delivery is not Diamacrete's doing or responsibility. We will do our best to provide as much detail about a freight's movements, however, we can not make the freight company deliver orders any quicker. We void any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, and last minute changes to all freight orders. You are more than welcome to call us to obtain any shipping information to deal with the shipping company directly. If the shipping company requires us to file a claim, in order to be reimbursed for shipment and material, we must receive credit/material back from the carrier before refunding the customer.
Next Day/Overnight Shipment Policy
Diamacrete is at this time, still offering options for next day air and overnight shipping. However, most shipping companies have suspended their guaranteed service. Diamacrete always (Unless communicated directly with the customer) ships out orders the day they are placed.
